Which course is for you? If you imagine a restaurant, Level 1 is for the waiting staff. They need to fully understand the need for food safety. Level 2 is for the staff preparing the food and Level 3 is for the person or people who own or manage the establishment. Most people do Level 2 as they are then able to help in preparation as well as serving.
