The Principals of Performance Management

The Principals of Performance Management

Principals of performance management training from crown safety

In any organisation, the traditional model of strict command and control wastes a significant amount of time and money.  Mutual trust, employee motivation and readiness to perform can easily be undermined. Performance management, on the other hand, offers a different, much more effective approach.

In formal terms, performance management involves the achievement of performance targets through the effective management of people and the environment in which they operate. It’s about setting achievable goals fo r the organisation and targets for individuals and teams.

The best training is always having a tutor in front of you with their presentation, so that’s how our online courses are made!  The tutor is “green-screened” with the presentation, photos and videos put in afterwards.  The courses are then build into modules with question banks and minimum scores applied.  The certifying body then views it and agrees to put their name to it and then you have the chance to take part in the training.  Assuming you are successful, your certificate is available for download at the end.
