COVID and Lockdown Anxiety
As mental health first aiders, we’re seeing first-hand the problems that exists and our society just now. Recently we have hospitals saying there are more attempted suicides and overdoses then there are COVID patients in their hospitals, if this isn’t a warning, we don’t know what is.
We fully understand the mental health implications of the lockdown and also of the virus itself. Whilst it’s not all about suicide and doom and gloom, for some it is just that this year feels like a terrible year, but there are things we can do to help ourselves and those around us.
Crown safety deliver training and consultancy, but we also have this free knowledge bank with various bits of useful information.
Please download this coronavirus anxiety workbook and make use of and anyway you can to help with the mood and moods around your household.
